What is the minimum order for delivery? Are there any delivery charges?
If something has cropped up and you can’t make it down to the market, fret not! With a minimum order of $20 , if something is less than $70 you just pay $10 for delivery fee and FREE DELIVERY with orders $70 and above.
What’s your delivery time?
We’ll get your fruits to you on time even in a jam! Xiao San Fruits’ delivery service is available at every day of the week from 10am up to 8pm. Be quick, though. Orders made after 3:30pm will be scheduled to be delivered the following day.
May I place my order more than 3 days in advance?
Yes you may! However, since some fruits are seasonal, a new batch you’ve ordered may not be available on your preferred date. Don’t worry though,if this happens, we’ll contact you immediately to amend the order.
What if I have more than 1 delivery location?
You can order multiple location, the standard $20 minimum order + $10 per delivery location applies. FREE DELIVERY applies for orders $70 and above.
What are the modes of payment?
Payment through PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted!
What if the fruits delivered are bruised or damaged?
Accidents do happen. Not to worry! If you do find any of the fruits delivered to you to be damaged, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund for you, pronto!
